Fundación Séneca, the Science and Technology Agency of the Region of Murcia, faced fragmented, largely manual procedures, heavy paper use, and no integrated record or document management—compounded by the need to integrate three institutional systems and an ad hoc accounting/payment-forecast program. To modernize operations and enable online administrative procedures, Fundación Séneca selected AuraQuantic and its AuraQuantic BPM suite to centralize applications and automate workflows.

AuraQuantic implemented the AuraQuantic BPM suite with embedded document registers, digital signature support, real-time dashboards and integrations to the existing systems.
