FUNAT is a Colombian natural-products laboratory and retailer with more than 170 stores and 800 employees. Facing manual, fragmented processes, loss of information, lack of control and zero traceability despite an ERP and custom developments, FUNAT began a company-wide digital transformation and selected AuraQuantic iBPMS to address these challenges.

AuraQuantic implemented an end-to-end process management solution (purchasing, supplier payments, task and document management, contract tracking, etc.), centralizing purchases and enforcing roles, traceability and business rules. The implementation—completed in about two months—delivered measurable gains: roughly 700 orders processed monthly, 90% approval rates, approval times cut from 5 days to 2 hours, and ERP purchase-generation time reduced from 35 days (2015) to 7 days (2019).
