ElPozo Alimentación, a major European meat producer within Grupo Fuertes, needed to digitally transform and centralize complex, multi-department processes across its companies while overcoming resistance to change and clarifying roles. To meet this challenge it selected AuraQuantic’s digital platform (an intelligent Business Process Management suite, iBPMS) to design and execute workflows without additional programming and to provide real-time information to users.

AuraQuantic implemented standardized workflows for New product launch, Simplified launch and New material processes, added SAP integration via the AuraQuantic SAP Connector, and delivered real‑time reporting to identify bottlenecks. As a result ElPozo achieved measurable gains: 100% elimination of repetitive tasks, 95% productivity improvement, 97% better internal communication, 85% error reduction and 95% work optimization, while empowering teams to act immediately on process exceptions.
