The CRISFE Foundation is an Ecuadorian nonprofit that runs dozens of education and territorial development projects and needed a single technological platform to manage a high volume of disparate initiatives. To gain an integrated, configurable system and end the operational fragmentation caused by multiple third‑party developments, CRISFE selected the AuraQuantic platform.

AuraQuantic, implemented with local partner LeadSolutions and supported by training from the AuraQuantic Training School, delivered consolidated processes such as grant processing and project management and enabled staff to configure and control workflows without external developers. The deployment produced complete visibility across all departments, stronger project control and security of institutional know‑how, and reduced implementation costs while positioning CRISFE to extend the platform across its remaining systems.
