Comfenalco commits to improving the quality of social services in Colombia through digitalization

Comfenalco Antioquia, a Family Compensation Fund in Medellín with about 2,345 employees, faced fragmented request channels (calls, email, chat, Mercurio), heavy manual workloads, poor traceability, SLA inconsistencies and processing delays that limited its ability to focus on strategic work.
