Corporacion Multi Inversiones (CMI), a diversified Guatemalan business group, faced the challenge of standardizing and scaling its transactional management across finance, HR, IT, administration and BSC automation to improve efficiency, controls and agility. To support its Continuous Improvement agenda, CMI worked with AuraQuantic, leveraging process automation and BPM capabilities to drive a process‑driven culture across its Integrated Services Center.
AuraQuantic helped implement standardized, scalable process management and BSC automation within CMI’s Integrated Services Center, enabling the team to manage more than 600 internal processes and roughly 500 employees while optimizing resources, integrating technologies and methodologies, and strengthening internal controls. These improvements increased operational efficiency and agility and earned Corporacion Multi Inversiones recognition at APQC’s 2022 Process and Knowledge Management Conference, where CMI was selected from over 120 companies to present its Continuous Improvement practices.
