CardNET reduced work from hours to minutes

CardNET, a Dominican Republic payments processor with 200+ employees, faced a pandemic-driven surge in online transactions and an internal reliance on paper, phone calls and manual approvals. To modernize and automate its operations, CardNET evaluated several platforms and unanimously selected the AuraQuantic platform to digitize workflows and enable real-time process control.

Using AuraQuantic (with implementation support from partner Mercadeo del Caribe and internal “citizen developers” trained via AuraQuantic’s training school), CardNET automated nine macro processes including purchasing and payment workflows. The result: accurate real-time monitoring and BI dashboards, 100% elimination of physical forms, 50% reduction in purchasing time, 31% faster customer payments, 29% faster supplier payments, 50% faster material requests, a 90% cut in paper use, improved compliance and much quicker error detection—turning tasks that once took hours into minutes.
