AuraQuantic becomes a key platform for process automation and digitization at Dadelos

Dadelos Agrosolutions, a Valencia-based biotechnology company and part of the Ajinomoto group, faced the challenge of coordinating operations across 60+ countries, multiple time zones, currencies and languages and needed to standardize processes into a reproducible, quality-driven model. To address this, DAS selected the AuraQuantic platform as its BPM and process automation solution for its agility in designing and modifying workflows without external support.

AuraQuantic was implemented, with training and optimization completed in a few months, covering Incident Management, New Product Launch, CRM and Continuous Improvement (Lean). The platform is now used across all divisions, standardizing processes, cutting manual non-value-added work, eliminating email-based communication failures, and improving planning and visibility; 80% of processes now execute within established times, reducing bottlenecks and providing real-time data for strategic decisions.
