ArcelorMittal’s Foundation in Brazil faced a growing backlog of cultural project proposals and a fragmented, paper-based process that made registration, legal controls and monitoring slow and error-prone. To standardize and speed up evaluations the Foundation adopted the Ctrl-Cultura system built on the AuraQuantic BPMS platform (integrated with the RSA-CSY system) to digitize forms and orchestrate workflows.

AuraQuantic implemented Ctrl-Cultura (with integration by partner Core Synesis), automating more than 18 processes via SOA/Web Services and providing a collaborative intranet for real-time access, document handling and KPI generation. The solution enabled 100% electronic submission/evaluation, cut proposal evaluation time by 65%, increased analytical capacity by 55% and delivered faster, more qualified project selection and monitoring — outcomes driven by AuraQuantic’s BPMS orchestration.
