Alquería, a top‑three Colombian dairy processor with 60 years in the business, faced inefficient, paper‑based milk collection and Excel consolidation across 11 collection centers, 3 plants and thousands of farms—delays that hurt supply decisions, quality analysis, freight payments and discounts. To digitally transform operations and gain real‑time control of daily processing (around 1.2 million liters), Alquería selected AuraQuantic’s Digital Business Platform (LCAP/BPM) including mobile collection apps and integration with industrial devices and the ERP.

AuraQuantic implemented an end‑to‑end digital platform that automates capture screens, mobile driver workflows, flow meters/scales integration, quality checks, traceability and bidirectional ERP integration. The solution now controls the entry of more than one million liters per day, standardizes processes, delivers full traceability, realtime inventory and quality data, manages freight rates for 120+ vehicles and achieved a reported 100% reduction in time and costs for calculating transportation and farm payments—giving Alquería greater agility, visibility and continuous improvement.
