KPN, a leading telecommunications provider in the Netherlands, faced rapidly changing market demands that required automation of dispatch, logistics (stock control) and service processes, improved personalization, and faster, more accurate request handling. To address these challenges KPN selected the AuraQuantic low-code digital business platform to model and run processes without custom programming.

AuraQuantic was implemented to automate key workflows (delivery, logistics/stock control and subsequent service phases), integrate WEAS wholesale fulfillment and connect to existing systems; the platform enabled KPN to standardize processes, digitize stock control and support real‑time customer communication. As a result, delivery times were expedited by more than 40% (around 10 days), order processing dropped by 70% under the “right first time” principle, over 80 users adopted the system, and KPN reported major gains in integration, customer satisfaction and agility after deploying AuraQuantic.
