The University of Deusto, a Spanish university with campuses in Bilbao and San Sebastian, needed to implement the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) required by the European Higher Education Area and wanted a process-oriented, automated solution that its Technical Unit for Innovation and Quality (TUIQ) could manage autonomously. To meet this challenge the university selected the AuraQuantic Process Management Platform.
