Washtenaw Community College, a Michigan community college serving more than 20,000 students and thousands in Economic and Community Development, struggled with an unfriendly enrollment workflow built on Banner and an internally developed back end. To improve the student and staff experience and gain better data access, WCC selected Augusoft’s Lumens solution (including Lumens Professional and Lumens API).

Augusoft implemented Lumens with an API link to Banner, conducted a site review to optimize layouts, and provided ongoing responsive support; the college now manages over 7,000 annual registrations with roughly $800,000 in revenue, and staff report dramatically easier reporting and a more appealing site. Augusoft’s reporting tools and customer service shortened response times and made it simple for WCC to pull data, improving administration and the student enrollment experience.
