North Idaho College Workforce Training and Community Education faced a rapid spike in demand for non-credit and contract training as Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls experienced population and industry growth. To manage that surge, the college’s Workforce Training Center adopted Augusoft’s Lumens web-based software in 2002 to streamline enrollment and program administration.
Augusoft’s Lumens delivered 24/7 online enrollment, dramatically reduced print catalog production time, sped up instructor materials preparation and drove a significant increase in online enrollments—freeing staff to focus on customer service and generating additional revenue. North Idaho College Workforce Training and Community Education is also working with Augusoft to roll out a contract-training module to eliminate duplicate data entry, enabling further local and international expansion (including training in China) and new partnerships with providers like Ed2Go.
