Learning Connection, led by Executive Director Kathy Brady-Romanelli, needed a way to streamline operations for its lifelong learning programs and give staff and instructors easy self-service tools — including a simpler way for customers to buy single-event tickets — while enabling remote management. They partnered with Augusoft and implemented the Augusoft Lumens platform to address these challenges.
Augusoft customized Lumens to add ticket-purchasing without requiring full learner profiles, enabled instructors to self-manage classes and pay, and provided a catalog extract feature that shortened catalog production from six weeks to about 30 minutes. Staff and instructors reported that the system made their jobs much easier, and the measurable impact—especially the dramatic reduction in catalog turnaround—demonstrates Augusoft’s effective solution for Learning Connection.
