CE Program Increases Revenue and Improves Processes

Columbus State University’s Division of Continuing Education needed a way to manage a wide range of programs (professional development, youth camps, language and arts programs, facility rentals) with a small staff while improving registration, reporting and online offerings. To address these challenges they partnered with Augusoft and deployed Lumens PRO, along with services like Google Analytics and online class integration, to modernize enrollment and data tracking.

Augusoft’s Lumens PRO provided self-service student registration, automated confirmations and reminders, waitlist handling, CEU/attendance tracking, customizable reporting, and integrations with partners such as UGotClass and ProTrain (plus e-gift card capability), backed by ongoing support and training. As a result, CSU Continuing Education ran nearly 1,000 classes in 2014 and recorded about 8,300 registrations, increased the value of certificate offerings, streamlined operations, and gained actionable data to boost revenue and reduce manual work — outcomes driven by Augusoft’s solution.
