World’s Largest Auto parts Manufacturing Company, one of the world’s largest original equipment auto parts manufacturers, wanted to grow volume for two key aftermarket products. To do that, they needed to better engage warehouse distributor salespeople, the critical link in their sales channel. Augeo was brought in to help drive participation and product sales through an employee recognition approach.

Augeo created an easy-to-use rewards program that encouraged countermen to sell the targeted First Time Fit products and earn incentives. The six-month pilot delivered strong results, moving 3–5% of all target product volume through the program, enrolling 1,000+ warehouse distributor salespeople, and driving repeat engagement from 24% of enrollees who visited the website more than nine times. Based on this success, the customer expanded the program to all products year-round.
