The event normally drove about 65% of company sales, so the customer needed a virtual alternative that would still let dealers browse and shop from multiple exhibitors in one convenient place.
Augeo used its dealer incentive platform to plan, produce, and execute a week-long virtual marketplace with streamlined access, organized event information, virtual booths, and direct shipping to attendees. The result was outstanding attendance and sales, including about 1,000 attendees, 426 exhibitors, an average lift of over 25% versus the traditional live event, and a 10.2% increase in sales compared with the 2019 in-person market.
