The program delivered measurable gains, including a 15.1% lift in promoted carpet sales, a 22% increase in floor sales during promotion periods, and $18.4M in total sales over a six-week promotional window versus $16M without promotion; 76% of participants also said they directed customers to products because of the promotion.
