WesPac Midstream launches Jacksonville LNG with Audubon’s 130,000 GPD facility design

The customer, WesPac Midstream, required detailed engineering, design, and project management services for a new, greenfield LNG production facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Their challenge was to build the first small-scale LNG facility in the United States capable of loading LNG into both marine vessels and trucks. WesPac selected the vendor Audubon to deliver this solution.

Audubon provided comprehensive engineering and design for the 130,000 GPD facility, which included gas conditioning, compression, storage, and solar power generation units as the primary power source. The solution implemented by Audubon made the Jacksonville LNG facility the first of its kind in the US with dual truck and marine loading capabilities. Furthermore, the facility was designed with the capacity for future expansion.
