Targa Resources needed to protect a regulated natural gas gathering pipeline in Oklahoma from corrosion. They contracted Audubon to provide a comprehensive solution, which included the design, engineering, and commissioning of a cathodic protection system.

Audubon's AMPP-certified specialists designed and implemented a conventional impressed-current cathodic protection system featuring five anodes and one rectifier. The vendor provided full project management, field engineering, and final commissioning. As a result, Targa Resources achieved robust corrosion protection for its critical pipeline infrastructure.
