Targa Resources engaged Audubon to provide EPCM services for an expansion of their natural gas liquid fractionation facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas. The challenge was to significantly increase the plant's fractionation capacity.

Audubon provided detailed design, engineering, procurement, and construction management for the project. The solution implemented by Audubon expanded the facility's capacity by 28% to 275,000 BDP, which was an increase of 60,000 BDP. Audubon actually achieved an increase of 88,000 BDP for the client, completing the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
