LLOG Exploration & W&T Offshore expands Matterhorn TLP with Audubon to add 20,000 BOPD and 12 MMSCFD

Audubon provided engineering services to customers LLOG Exploration and W&T Offshore for their deepwater developments in the Gulf of Mexico. The challenge was to integrate production from LLOG's new Mandy field with the existing Matterhorn TLP platform owned by W&T Offshore, which required topsides modifications to receive and process the new production streams.

The solution from Audubon involved extensive brownfield topsides modifications, including the design of production systems, removal of old equipment, and expansion of safety systems. This integration successfully enabled the Mandy development to achieve its capacity of 20,000 barrels of oil per day and 12 million standard cubic feet of gas per day, tying its production back to the Matterhorn TLP for processing.
