Eni produces 10,000-BPD stabilized crude with Audubon in Tunisia

Eni required a solution to exploit the oil and gas from their Maamoura and Baraka field in Tunisia, which involved building a new greenfield treatment plant. The customer contracted vendor Audubon to provide engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services along with fabrication for this major project.

Audubon implemented a comprehensive solution that included detailed engineering, design, and construction management for the facility. A key aspect of their approach was using a modular design for all processing units, which were fabricated in the US and then shipped for installation. This allowed Eni to effectively fractionate and treat the product to produce stabilized crude oil and pipeline-quality sales gas from the field, which has a processing capacity of 10,000 BPD of crude oil, 3,100 BPD of water, and 30 MMSCFD of natural gas.
