Audubon provided operational technology (OT) and process control network (PCN) support for a chemical company at its Gulf Coast plant in Texas. The challenge involved managing and securing the plant's complex OT/PCN environment, which included Honeywell and non-Honeywell distributed control systems, and required robust backup, patch management, and network security solutions.

The solution implemented by Audubon included installing and configuring Experion Backup & Restore (EBR) and Acronis, rolling out McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and Microsoft WSUS for patching, and managing firewalls and network segmentation.
