Ameresco delivers 4-MMSCFD renewable natural gas pipeline with Audubon

Ameresco, a clean energy company, engaged Audubon for integrated engineering, construction management, surveys, and environmental permitting services for a project to build a renewable natural gas pipeline. The challenge was to convert landfill gas into pipeline-quality renewable natural gas while ensuring compliance with jurisdictional and environmental agency regulations, including PHMSA safety standards.

Audubon provided a comprehensive solution that included conceptual design, FEED, detailed engineering, and the self-performance of critical surveys. Their work enabled the successful delivery of the project, which now supplies up to 4 million standard cubic feet per day of biogas. As a result, Ameresco significantly reduced landfill CO2 emissions.
