Lighter bills and Carbon Emissions reduced by 36 tCO2e for Swanlea School

Swanlea School, an outstanding secondary school in London, sought to reduce its energy costs and improve its facilities. The school appointed cost reduction consultant Auditel to review its energy performance and propose lighting improvements.

Auditel managed a full LED lighting upgrade, working with specialist contractors to replace over 2,000 light fittings. The project was completed on time and on budget, resulting in significantly improved light levels. The new system saves the school £17,886 in annual energy costs and reduces its carbon emissions by 36 tonnes of CO2e per year.
