Brook, the UK's largest young people's sexual health charity, faced the challenge of streamlining its procurement to become more cost-effective after forming a Group structure. Auditel consolidated Brook's numerous suppliers into a single provider for office supplies, achieving a 31% savings. They then developed and implemented an Energy Procurement Strategy, saving 23% on electricity and 29% on gas. In total, these efforts saved Brook over £44,000 annually. Auditel's ongoing management ensures these savings are maintained and improved upon, allowing Brook to focus on its core mission.
