Tout's Budgens, a business with four retail stores, was struggling to manage its ancillary costs, particularly energy contracts, which was diverting focus from its core operations. At the suggestion of their Action Coach, the company engaged the cost management consultancy Auditel to handle these processes.

Auditel took over the management of Tout's Budgens' energy supplies, tendering them to the whole market to secure the best price, which resulted in a £10,000 saving in the first year. Encouraged by this success, Auditel was then tasked with reviewing waste, telecoms, and merchant card services, achieving savings of 29%, 34%, and 31% respectively. The ongoing support from Auditel provided the management with significant time savings and peace of mind, allowing them to concentrate on their primary business.
