Annual revenue enhancement of £35,500 and Carbon Reduction of 2,500 tCO2e

Auditel was initially retained by Wellington, a historic estate managing a diverse range of businesses and buildings, to manage its numerous energy supplies. The estate faced the specific challenge of finding a cheaper and more sustainable heating solution for its office site, which included several offices, a wellness center, and domestic buildings.

Auditel's solution was to oversee the implementation of a new district heat network powered by a 150kW biomass boiler, fueled by local woodchip. This project delivered an annual revenue enhancement of £35,500 from various sources including RHI payments and fuel savings, while also achieving a significant lifetime carbon reduction of 2,500 tCO2e for the estate.
