Quiksilver’s internal audit team, led by Nicole Ungaro, faced slow, manual SOX processes—relying on Excel and Word, juggling documents across shared folders and continents, and lacking a clear, real-time view of control testing status. To address these challenges they engaged AuditBoard and adopted its SOXHUB solution to standardize controls and centralize SOX documentation.
