GoHealth, a Chicago-based insurance marketplace, faced the challenge of standing up a first-year SOX program with a very small internal audit team and a history of manual processes (shared drives, Excel, and status meetings). To avoid that inefficiency and create a scalable controls environment, GoHealth selected AuditBoard and its SOXHUB solution to replace manual workflows and drive ownership of controls across the business.

AuditBoard implemented a centralized SOXHUB repository, PBC request functionality, and on-demand learning via AuditBoard Academy, giving external auditors platform access and control owners real-time visibility.
