University of Glasgow modernizes 1,000+ phones with AudioCodes for Microsoft Teams

The University of Glasgow, a historic and leading research institution, faced challenges with its outdated and incompatible legacy telephony systems. Its on-premises Cisco infrastructure struggled to support modern communications needs and was incompatible with Microsoft Teams.
