POLYPLASTIC Group, one of Russia’s leading plastic processing companies, needed a better way to support its gradual migration to Microsoft Lync and manage the introduction of unified communications. The company also wanted to quickly detect and troubleshoot network issues affecting telephony and voice quality. AudioCodes, using its Session Experience Manager (SEM) alongside Mediant 800 and Mediant 1000 gateways/SBCs, was selected to help address these challenges.

AudioCodes implemented SEM to give POLYPLASTIC Group a clear, real-time view of network and call performance, enabling rapid root-cause analysis without needing on-site checks. The solution identified SIP trunk and branch voice issues, including failed calls and packet loss on the service provider side, which were quickly corrected. As a result, POLYPLASTIC Group gained cost-effective network monitoring, faster problem resolution, improved VoIP quality, and routing insights that helped reduce costs and avoid unnecessary double charges.
