Secure and reliable call recording for a Skype for Business-based contact center

Securitas, the Sweden-based security services company, needed a secure and reliable way to record contact center calls for quality assurance, compliance, and dispute resolution as it migrated to Microsoft Skype for Business. The company also wanted a solution that could be replicated globally and support customization, so it turned to AudioCodes SmartTAP 360° call recording with help from local integrator Nethouse.

AudioCodes implemented SmartTAP as a software-only, Skype for Business-compatible recording solution that could capture calls from PSTN, SIP trunks, and internal users while protecting data integrity with SSL signing. The deployment went live in Q3 2014 and now supports recording for up to 500 agents and users across Sweden and Norway, with plans to expand to more European and global offices; Securitas also adopted additional AudioCodes Skype for Business products after the successful rollout.
