Seamless SIP-based connectivity between Genesys, Cisco Call Manager & multiple SIP trunk providers

Grupo Difare, a pharmaceutical distributor in Ecuador, needed to consolidate its telephony and contact center systems while moving from traditional TDM to SIP trunks. The company wanted to connect Cisco Call Manager and Genesys Contact Center across multiple service providers, with secure separation and seamless interoperability. AudioCodes was selected to help address these connectivity and integration challenges using AudioCodes Mediant 800 SBCs.

AudioCodes implemented Mediant 800 session border controllers at three Difare sites, enabling secure, centralized SIP trunk connectivity to multiple providers and smooth interoperability with Cisco and Genesys systems. The deployment improved reliability, simplified network expansion, and reduced operational costs through centralized call and monitoring management. According to Difare’s CTO, the solution helped the company achieve its goals rapidly and cost-effectively.
