To address this challenge, IGATE turned to AudioCodes and its Session Experience Manager (SEM) solution.
AudioCodes implemented SEM as a centralized monitoring platform at IGATE’s NOC, giving the team real-time visibility, alerts for quality issues, and detailed call reporting to speed troubleshooting. As a result, IGATE reduced the time needed to detect and resolve voice problems, shortened response times, decreased issue escalation, and improved customer satisfaction by maintaining higher voice quality across its global network.
