Ocular Technologies, a South African digital media and entertainment company, needed to modernize its expanding Johannesburg contact center as it moved into a new building. AudioCodes implemented HD400 series IP phones, specifically the HD420, along with centralized automated provisioning. The result was a smooth transition to an IP contact center, faster device rollout, and reduced technician costs by eliminating most on-site setup.
