Ocular Technologies, a South African digital media and entertainment company, needed to modernize its expanding Johannesburg contact center as it moved into a new building. Working with AudioCodes and its local systems integrator partner, the customer looked for SIP-based IP phones that would integrate with the Aspect Unified IP contact center platform while delivering strong voice quality, security, and centralized management.

AudioCodes implemented HD400 series IP phones, specifically the HD420, along with centralized automated provisioning. The result was a smooth transition to an IP contact center, faster device rollout, and reduced technician costs by eliminating most on-site setup. AudioCodes also helped improve call quality and reliability, which enhanced customer service and satisfaction.
