AudioCodes implemented One Voice for Lync with Mediant B1000 SBCs and gateways at branch sites, redundant Mediant 4000 SBCs in Moscow, plus EMS and SEM for centralized management and call quality monitoring. The solution enabled seamless interoperability with legacy systems, supported a gradual and controlled migration, and improved service quality.
