The challenge was to cut through the noise, engage theater fans, and increase conversions quickly using targeted promotional support.
AudienceView’s TheaterMania team deployed a multichannel campaign using targeted email, sponsored content, display ads, paid social retargeting, and the “Top Six” newsletter. The effort delivered a 20% increase in ticket sales in just a few weeks, a 42.8% email open rate, and average ticket prices of $122.96, while weekly incremental revenue rose by about $13K–$20K.
