The Hanover Theatre Conservatory worked with AudienceView to solve a scheduling and publishing challenge tied to its busy arts education programs. With more than 120 classes a year, limited classroom space, shifting faculty schedules, and a small team, the conservatory was under constant time pressure to get classes ready for on-sale, often leading to late nights, manual data entry, and errors.
AudienceView, through a custom LockData integration with AudienceView Unlimited and the theatre’s WordPress site, streamlined the process by importing events and classes into draft pages for quick review and publishing. The result was a much smoother on-sale process, reduced stress and manual work, and faster setup—class pages that once took days could now be built in minutes. During the 2021–2022 season, The Hanover Theatre Conservatory recorded 144 classes, 898 class registrations, 1,060 private lessons, and more than $400K in annual revenue.
