Lord’s Cricket Ground used AudienceView Spotlight to move General Admission ticketing for the 2023 Men’s Ashes Test to digital delivery through the Lord’s mobile app. The venue wanted a more convenient and sustainable entry experience for fans while also reducing the hassle of traditional ticketing and improving access to attendee data beyond the lead booker.

AudienceView implemented digital ticketing and ticket transfer functionality in the app, helping Lord’s share tickets securely and collect more fan data. The results were strong: the app earned a 4.6 out of 5 rating in the Apple App Store from more than 5,000 reviews, 25% of tickets were shared, and Lord’s reported fewer fraudulent tickets being presented compared with event days with heavier paper ticket use.
