Harvard - Customer Case Study

Harvard sought to strengthen athletics attendance and fan engagement and worked with AudienceView to modernize its ticketing and fan-experience tools. The challenge was giving fans more control and creating targeted, data-driven outreach to reverse stagnating game-day engagement and grow crowds.

AudienceView’s ticketing platform enabled seat selection on the website, captured richer fan data for more targeted marketing, and supported season-long fan surveys to collect feedback. Those changes helped Harvard drive a 10% increase in average attendance over five years and a 30.4% rise in attendance for specific games (from 1,415 to 1,845 fans per game), while boosting fan engagement and actionable concessions feedback.
