DCPA Off-Center puts attendees at the center of the story

Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) set out to stage Camp Christmas, a 40‑day, immersive Off‑Center experience in a 10,000‑sq‑ft hangar with 15 themed eras and self‑guided, timed-entry visits. The scale—creating 1,600 separate 15‑minute time‑slot events—plus off‑site logistics, high online demand and the need for real‑time ticketing and scanning required a robust ticketing platform, so DCPA partnered with AudienceView and used AudienceView Unlimited to manage sales and entry.

Using AudienceView Unlimited, DCPA published 1,600 individual events through its online portal and sold just under 70,000 tickets, with more than 80% purchased online and 41% of attendees new to DCPA. AudienceView supported the 15‑minute timed entries and integrated with a mobile remote box office for on‑site printing and scanning, helping DCPA crush its previous attendance record (~8,000), broaden its audience, and drive significant social buzz.
