Brampton Performing Arts Center, a long-time AudienceView customer, wanted to reimagine its loyalty rewards program to better engage patrons and support long-term growth. Working with AudienceView, the center set out to create a simpler, more intuitive membership experience that would fit seamlessly into the ticketing journey and be easy for both patrons and staff to use.
AudienceView helped Brampton launch Encore, a fully customized loyalty and membership solution built on its all-in-one event commerce platform. The new program drove nearly 20,000 member accounts, more than 850 membership upgrades, and 18,000 unique event attendees in 2023, Brampton’s highest annual total since 2011, while also generating additional revenue and improving the overall patron experience.
