Veritix, a digital ticketing and analytics company serving sports teams, artists, and venues, needed a high-performance cloud data warehouse because its transactional database was overloaded by reporting. The company evaluated on-premises options but found they would be too expensive, so it turned to Amazon Redshift and Attunity to support analytics while keeping production systems focused on transactions.

Attunity helped Veritix replicate data directly from on-premises databases into Amazon Redshift quickly and efficiently. What had taken over 21 hours with a backup-and-restore approach was reduced to just two hours using Attunity, enabling hundreds of millions of records to be moved and supporting a warehouse of about three terabytes and billions of records.
