Swiss Life France, a major private insurer, needed a way to give customers, sales staff, and service teams a single, consistent view of customer information across portals and digital channels. As part of its Vision 360 initiative, it turned to Attunity and Attunity Replicate to replace the fragmented approach where each portal built its own version of the data.

Attunity implemented near real-time data replication from Swiss Life France’s DB2/z mainframe to an Oracle database feeding an Elasticsearch index. The result was a unified customer view across web, mobile, and distributor portals, while avoiding costly backend application changes; Attunity also helped accelerate delivery of the project and supported Swiss Life’s broader multi-channel and digital strategy.
