Macau Government (IACM) Improves Customer Service With Attunity’s Real-Time CDC/Data Replication Solution

The Macau Government's Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) faced the challenge of efficiently sharing real-time data across its 30+ departments due to a complex mixed-language IT environment. This legacy system required labor-intensive custom coding for data replication, which was slow, costly, and created significant overhead. To improve citizen services and operational efficiency, IACM needed a solution to synchronize its data without custom programming.

Attunity addressed this with its StreamFlow operational data replication solution, which uses low-impact change data capture (CDC) technology. The solution was configured to handle IACM's heterogeneous systems, replicating data in real-time from IBM iSeries to an Oracle platform.
