Gold Client helps Brown-Forman achieve smooth blend with Casa Herradura Data

Brown-Forman, a global spirits company, needed to integrate Casa Herradura’s SAP data under a tight one-month legal deadline after its acquisition. Because Mexican law prevented transfer of transactional data, the company faced the challenge of building a new SAP landscape quickly while keeping the new brand operational. Attunity’s Gold Client Solutions was brought in to help selectively move the required SAP master and configuration data.

Attunity implemented Gold Client to separate transactional data from master and configuration data, enabling Brown-Forman to build, test, and launch the new SAP environment on time. Attunity also provided on-site SAP experts and support throughout the project. The result was a smooth go-live with minimal post-launch modifications, reduced development and testing time, lower project costs, and successful completion of the deadline, with phase two also delivered on schedule.
