ThreeBy3 is a strategic marketing firm serving SMB and government clients, and it needed a more scalable way to hire as demand grew. With attract.ai, ThreeBy3 gained more control over top-of-funnel hiring, built stronger pipelines, and collaborated more easily with hiring managers in one place. The results were significant: headcount grew from 5 to 30, more than half of those hires came through attract.ai, and some roles saw candidate engagement above 40%.
